The average score is often presented on a 10-point scale, even though evaluations are collected using a different scale (e.g. : 1-to-5 scale). This approach helps standardize the various metrics displayed in the dashboard. In this article, we explain the method used to present this metric in order to provide clearer insight into the data.

Once the scores have been converted to a 10-point scale, we calculate the average, which is then displayed as the final metric.
Let’s take the example of employees from the company Ciel mon Café. Eight employees received customer evaluations following their service at the café.

Based on the results, we calculate an average score of 7.19 out of 10 for all employees.
