By default, the delay for the reminder interval is 2 days. This means that if you have sent a satisfaction questionnaire to a person and they have not responded, they will receive a reminder 2 days later, using the same sending method.
How to change the reminder interval ?
To change the reminder interval, click on your name at the top right and then on "Settings".
Next, click on the "Company" tab:
To change the reminder interval, simply click on the field and select the interval you want:
⚠️ Important: Please note that the reminder interval applies to all sequences. The number of reminders to be sent per sequence can be changed, but the interval before the customer receives a reminder will always be the one set in your company settings.
