Many settings can be changed from a sequence, for example, the number of reminders to send to your customers and the intervals between sendings.

Find out in this article what settings you can change and how to do it.

Table of contents :

How to access the sequence settings?

  1. To access the sequence settings, click on "Sequences" in the left menu and select the sequence for which you want to access the settings:

  2. The sequence settings are in the upper right corner:

  3. A window will open to allow you to view and modify the settings:

Automatically send positive feedback feature

The first available setting is to enable the positive feedback feature that automatically shares positive feedback to employees :

To enable it, this box must be checked. If you want to disable this option, you must uncheck the box.

How to change the number of reminders to send?

To change the number of reminders to be sent to your customers or patients, click on the drop-down menu under "Number of reminders to send" and select the desired number of reminders:

The change will be saved automatically.

💡 Tips for the number of reminders to send:

  • If it's a recurring service such as service calls, dental cleaning or others, we recommend putting 1 reminder.

  • If it's a service that is rarely used by a customer (example: window installation, delivery or other), we recommend putting 2 reminders.

How to change the intervals?

The fields for changing the intervals are located below the field for changing the number of reminders:

The first interval is the interval between two sendings to a customer, for example sequence #1 and sequence #2.

The second interval is the interval between sending the same sequence to a customer, for example sequence #1 only.

To modify an interval, all you have to do is click on the drop-down menu and select the desired period for this interval:

The change will be saved automatically.

How to change the assignment of alerts?

The fields for the users in charge of the alerts are located under the fields to modify the intervals:

The bells represent the alerts that users will receive by email. It is only possible to choose one person per alert because we don't want the alerts to fall through the cracks. If you really want to send the notifications to several people, you can create a new email address (example: [email protected]) and put several people associated to this email.

The user in charge of the warnings

This is the person in charge of receiving an email notification when there is a warning that has been triggered by the questions that have been put on warning.

If you don't know what a warning question is, I suggest you look at this guide.

The user in charge of dissatisfied customers

Person in charge of receiving an email notification when a customer completes a questionnaire and is dissatisfied.

The user in charge of cross-sells

Person in charge of receiving an email notification when a customer completes a cross-sell request (service request).

The user in charge of customer referrals

Person in charge of receiving an email notification when a customer has referred you and put you in CC.

WebHook URL

This is relevant for automation. In most cases, you won't need to do anything. You can ignore it.
