Google customer reviews

If you haven't signed in to your Google account on InputKit yet, here's a guide on how to do so:

It is strongly advised to reply to all the online reviews, even if they were written several months or years ago. The reason is simple : the reviews that Google displays first are the most relevant, not the most recent. We know it may seems unnatural to respond to old reviews, but no review should remain unreplied.
