How to connect your Google account
Step 1: Click on your name at the top right and on "Settings".
Step 2: Click on the "Reviews" tab.
Step 3: Click on the button "Google My Business" to connect your Google account.
Step 4: A window will open to allow you to make the connection. You must choose the Google account that manages your company's page to make the connection.
💡 If you don't see the Google account that manages your business page in the list, you can click the "Use another account" button to make the connection.
Step 5: Click "Allow" to complete the connection.
ℹ️ Please note that under no circumstances will InputKit access or modify your Google business listings. Authorization is required in order to connect your Google account to the platform to allow you to manage the reviews.

Step 6: If you have multiple locations, you will need to map the InputKit location to the Google location. To do this, select the office from the "Office" list:
And select the corresponding Google location in the "Google location" list.
Connection problems and solutions
Here are some procedures to connect your account if you are unable to connect or track your Google account to connect it to your InputKit.
1 - Make sure the Google Account you selected is the account that manages your company's Google page.
You may have more than one Google Account connected to your browser. For example, if you have a personal Google account and a different account to manage your company's Google page.
When a Google Account that does not manage a business page is connected to your InputKit, an error message will be displayed stating that there is no Google establishment with this account:
To connect the correct Google account, you need to click on "Disconnect Google" and confirm the disconnection.
You will then have to redo the login process with the correct Google Account.
2 - Make sure that the address you are connecting to is in the users of the Google My Business page.

To check users, go to Google My Business
Once in your business manager profile, click on "Users" in the left menu.
You will be able to see who are the users who manage your company's Google page.
If the account you were trying to connect to your InputKit is not there, you can add it by clicking the "Add users" button.
3 - If your business is not verified
Your business status must be "Verified" in order to manage your Google reviews on InputKit.
1 - To see the status, click on "Businesses" in the left menu:
And then validate that all your Google business pages are verified.
If a business is not verified, you can request a verification code from Google. This code will be mailed to you and when you receive it, you can go back to your Google management profile and click on "Enter Code" to have that business verified.
ℹ️ Please note that if you make a change in your Google account (schedule change, address change, etc.) there may be a 2-3 day delay before verification is done.
