One of the most common questions we get asked is:

"How do we respond to our Google reviews?"

or

"I always answer the same thing... I don't know how to answer properly... "

or

"Do I have to reply to ALL of our Google reviews?"

After writing an article about best practices with real life examples, we decided to take it to the next level. We've developed a smart Google review response generator directly in your InputKit account!

Here's how it works:

1. Define your settings

First, you can define your settings to customize the replies that will be generated.

Simply go to Results --> Reviews and click on Settings

1.Your signature which will be added at the bottom of each reply

2.The contact information you give to unhappy customers

3.How to name your customers: First or last name

2. Click to generate a response

The generator is directly in the interface where you are already working.

When you generate a response, this is what happens:

1. A text is generated according to the number of stars of the review. The text is taken in a random way among 20 texts in rotation (the text changes each time you click on the button ''generate response''). We have several texts for 1 star reviews, several texts for 2 star reviews, several texts for 3 star reviews, etc.

2. The language of the text will be in English or French, based on the language of the client's comment. If the customer has not left a comment, the language of your InputKit account will be used.

3. The client's name is inserted.

4. If it is a negative review, your contact information is automatically inserted.

5. Your signature is inserted.

What do you think of this feature?

Please feel free to give us your feedback. It helps us a lot to keep improving InputKit!
