We have 3 ways to respond to Google reviews. The first 2 ways use your settings (see section below: How to set your parameters)
1. With AI (Generate a response with AI)
This generator uses OpenAI (like chatGPT) to generate a response. To customize OpenAI, don't forget to define your parameters (see below)
2. Without AI (Generate response)
When you generate a response, here's what happens:
A text is generated based on the star rating of the review. The text is randomly selected from a pool of 20 rotating texts (the text changes each time you click the button). We have multiple texts for 1-star reviews, multiple texts for 2-star reviews, multiple texts for 3-star reviews, etc.
The text language will be French or English, based on the language of the customer's comment. If the customer hasn't left a comment, we'll use the language of your InputKit account.
The customer's name is inserted.
If it's a negative review, your contact information is automatically inserted.
Your signature is inserted.
3. With a predefined template (Use a template)
This option uses your own response templates. For more details, see here: https://help.inputkit.io/en/articles/5187886-reply-templates
How to set your parameters
Simply go to Results --> Online Reviews and click on Settings
