The satisfaction level is a percentage of satisfied customers out of the total number of customers who responded to the questionnaire.

Example

If you have 100 customers who responded to the questionnaire and you have a 90% satisfaction level, then there are 90 satisfied customers out of the 100 respondents. Obviously, you have 10 unhappy customers.
