The satisfaction level is a percentage of satisfied customers out of the total number of customers who responded to the questionnaire. A customer is identified as satisfied or not thanks to the Satisfaction Determinant. This is applied to your various scaled questions.

Example

If you have 100 customers who responded to the questionnaire and you have a 90% satisfaction level, then there are 90 satisfied customers out of the 100 respondents. Obviously, you have 10 unhappy customers.

Please note that you can view or modify the parameters of the satisfaction determinant by going to your questionnaires as shown below.
