How to share a questionnaire with a teammate
Here are the steps to follow if you want to share a questionnaire with an employee or the manager of one of your offices for example:
1. First, you must click on the "Results" tab and then click on the questionnaire you want to share.Then, in the questionnaire, you must click on this button.
A window will appear allowing you to add a message and choose the person to send the feedback to. You can select "Other" and manually enter an email address if needed.
**The "other" option is convenient when you need to share feedback with someone only once. If you are going to send several feedback questionnaires to this person, it is better to add them to the employees. The next section explains how to do this!
2. How to add employees to the questionnaire sharing list
1. Click on your name at the top right and then on "Employees".
2. Click on the green button " + Add an employee ". A window will open to allow you to enter the employee's contact information.
3. Once you are done, click the "Add" button. The employee will be added to your employees list! You can now share questionnaire to this person.
