Unfortunately, it is not possible to manually associate a survey response or submission with another location (office)directly within the InputKit platform.
Each response is automatically linked to the location defined during the survey send-out, based on the settings of your sequence and the information received from your management software (e.g., Dentitek, Medexa, etc.).
What to do if a response is linked to the wrong location
If you notice that a response or survey has been linked to the wrong location, please contact us directly via chat or email us at [email protected].
Our team can update the association in the database so that your reports and statistics accurately reflect the correct location.
