You can’t reply to online reviews ?

If you’re unable to reply to online reviews within the platform, this may simply be related to your user role in InputKit.

Why this happens

Some user roles, such as “Analyst” or “Read-only”, do not have the necessary permissions to reply to online reviews.

These roles only allow you to view data and reports, without the ability to interact with reviews.

How to fix the issue

  1. Check your current role in InputKit.

    • You can find it in your user profile or ask a manager to confirm it for you.

  2. If your role is “Analyst” or “Read-only”, you’ll need to contact a manager within your organization (e.g., an administrator or InputKit account owner).

  3. Ask them to update your role so that you have the proper permissions to reply to online reviews.

Once your role has been updated, you’ll be able to respond to reviews normally from the Online Reviews tab.
