If you encounter an error message saying “The sequence is not fully translated” when attempting to perform a manual sending, this simply means that certain steps of your sequence are missing their English translation.
To verify and fix this:
Go to the “Sequences” tab.
Click on the specific sequence mentioned in the error.
Review the English versions of each step:
Email/SMS
Online Reviews
Questionnaire
Click “Edit Questionnaire” to open it. If translations are missing, they will appear as “Translation missing” (see the example screenshot above).
Once all the missing English versions are added, you’ll be able to complete your manual sending successfully.
