If you notice that the Google button is no longer clickable in your online review sequences, this is simply due to a setting enabled in your configuration.
Why does this happen?
When the option Text box to copy and paste the testimonial is enabled, the client is asked to copy and paste their comment in the provided box. In this case, the Google button becomes disabled (unclickable), because the text box is prioritized as the main step.
How to fix this?
To re-enable the Google button and allow clients to click directly:
Go to Sequences in the left-hand menu.
Click on the sequence you want to modify.
Navigate to the Online reviews tab.
Uncheck the option Text box to copy and paste the testimonial.
Save your changes.
Once this option is disabled, the Google button will become clickable again and will redirect your clients directly to your business’s Google review page.
