To ensure your clients don’t feel over-solicited with surveys, InputKit allows you to set an interval parameter under each sequence. This lets you define a minimum time between two sendings of the same sequence to a client.
Where to Adjust This Setting?
Under each sequence, in the Sequence Settings, you can define a minimum delay between two sendings to the same customer.
Example:
Set an interval of 6 months between two sendings of the same sequence.
In some cases, you may even increase this interval to 1 or 2 years for specific sequences.
Why Is This Useful?
It prevents your customers from being overwhelmed with surveys.
You improve the quality of responses by collecting feedback at the right time.
You protect customer satisfaction and enhance their overall experience.
Warning: If you don’t configure an interval, the customer may receive several sequences too close together, which can lead to fatigue or disengagement.
