It may happen that an employee is unable to access InputKit. In this case, here are the steps to follow to understand the situation and fix the issue.
Check the Activity Log
If you have an administrator access, you can consult the Activity Log to verify if the employee’s access has been modified or deleted.
To access it:
Click on your name in the top right corner of the platform.
Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select Activity Log.
Then:
Filter by Users.
Check if a deletion or modification of access has been performed for the employee in question.
If You Have Restricted Access
If you don’t see the Activity Log:
Ask an administrator to check the employee’s access.
