If you're unable to log in to your InputKit account and/or see the message “Incorrect login or password”, here are the recommended steps to resolve the issue:
1. Clear your browser cache
Corrupted cache files may interfere with the login process. Clear your browser cache using this link:
👉 How to clear cache – Google Help
2. Try another browser or a private window
If clearing the cache doesn't resolve the issue:
Try logging in using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
If that doesn’t work, open a private/incognito window and try again.
3. Reset your password
Click on the “Forgot password” link on the login page to reset your password. You’ll receive an email to create a new one.
4. Ask an administrator to create a new user for you
If you don’t receive the reset email or if the link doesn't work, ask an administrator of your InputKit account to create a new user for you.
5. Check for network restrictions
In some cases, a firewall or IT security policy may block access to InputKit. Check with your IT department (if your company has one) to see if any restrictions are in place.
