When you see an Sendings Error ex:

“Unable to send to this email address, please make sure it is written correctly and valid.”

This may mean that the email address or phone number is invalid or inactive.

Possible Causes

  • Invalid or inactive email address: The email may contain a typo or is no longer used by the client.

  • Deactivated phone number: The client may have changed their phone number, or the old one is no longer active.

  • Device turned off or no signal: If the phone is switched off or out of network coverage, the sending may fail.

  • Message blocking: The recipient may have enabled filters or blocked messages from businesses or surveys.

  • Work/enterprise phone: Some company-provided phones block automated or business messages by default.

What to Do

  • Double-check that the email address and/or phone number are written correctly and are valid.

  • Confirm with the client if they still use the same communication channel.

  • If the issue persists, try contacting the client through another method (alternate email, landline, etc.).
