Using QR Codes
QR codes are created and customized, you can display them in different areas of your physical business:
Near the cash registers: so customers can scan right after their purchase.
On paper receipts: great for collecting feedback once customers are home.
On posters or strategic displays: for example, in waiting rooms or at the store entrance.
Step 1 – Generate the QR Code for a Sequence
Go to the Sequences menu
In the left-hand menu, click on Sequences.Select the desired sequence
Choose the sequence you want to generate a QR code for.Click on URL
Inside the sequence, click on the URL tab. You will see the link, the QR code, and customization options.Customize the hyperlink before downloading
Before copying or downloading the QR code, click on Customize the hyperlink to match your needs. You can associate:A specific location (if you manage multiple)
Relevant departments
Specific employees
The language of the survey
Important: once you apply a customization, the hyperlink changes. Always finalize your customizations before copying or downloading the QR code.
Download or copy the QR code
Click Download to get the QR code image, or copy the generated hyperlink directly.
