By default, InputKit adds the personal signature configured in your account at the end of your responses to reviews and comments.
If you don’t want your name to appear in these signatures (for example, if multiple people are using the same account or if you prefer to sign only with the company name), you can easily adjust this setting.
Steps to Follow
Access the Response Templates
Click on your name in the top right corner of the platform.
Select Response Templates from the dropdown menu.Edit Your Personal Signature
In the Your personal signature section, you will see your current signature, for example :
Adjust the Signature
If you only want the company name to appear, simply remove the line containing your personal name and leave the company's name.Save Your Changes
Click Save to confirm your modifications.
From that point on, all responses sent through InputKit will display only the company name in the signature, without including your personal name.
