In InputKit, it is not possible to directly modify a response in a completed questionnaire. Steps to Delete a Response in InputKit
Go to the Sendings section
Log in to your InputKit account.
Navigate to the “Sendings” section, where all received responses are listed.
Find the corresponding sending
Locate the exact questionnaire response you wish to delete.
Delete the sending
Select the appropriate sending.
Use the option to permanently delete it from your data.
You can then resend the corrected questionnaire to your client so they can complete it again.
