How to Customize and Access Pulse Surveys – EX Module

Pulse surveys in the EX module allow you to measure different aspects of the employee experience through targeted metrics and questions. You can adapt your surveys to your organization’s reality and gather more relevant insights.

Accessing Pulse Surveys

  1. Click on EX in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the Surveys tab.

  3. Choose Pulse to view or modify your active surveys.

Customizing Your Pulse Surveys

Once in the Pulse tab, you can customize your surveys in several ways:

  • Choose the desired metrics
    Activate or deactivate the metrics you want to evaluate.

  • Add custom questions
    In addition to predefined questions linked to each metric, you can create your own questions to tailor the survey to your team’s needs.

  • Modify the email message
    Customize the message sent to employees so it reflects your company’s tone and communication style.

Example of Customization

For example, you can activate only the Feedback at Work metric and add several questions around this theme (quality, frequency, recognition).

You can also combine multiple metrics, such as Manager Relationship and Recognition, to gain a broader perspective.

With these options, you have full flexibility to adapt your Pulse surveys to your HR objectives.
