In your InputKit dashboard, you may see, under certain sections such as:

  • Satisfaction Level

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS)

An indication labeled “Industry Average”, accompanied by a percentage or a score.

What is the Industry Average used for?

The Industry Average allows you to compare your results with those of other companies in the same field as yours. For example:

  • A dental clinic will be compared to other dental clinics.

  • A doors and windows company will be compared to others in the same industry.

  • An automotive dealership will be compared to other dealerships.

This data provides a great reference point to evaluate how you're performing within your industry.

Not seeing the Industry Average?

In some cases, the Industry Average may not appear by default.
