Why can't I send SMS anymore?

Each SMS module in InputKit gives you 350 SMS sends per month. Once you reach this limit, SMS functionality is automatically disabled for the rest of the month, and you will no longer be able to reply to clients via SMS.

What counts as an SMS send?

Each of the following actions counts as 1 SMS send:

  • Sending a survey via SMS to a client

  • Manually replying to a client who responded to a survey sent by SMS

Where can I view my current usage?

You can check your monthly usage at any time:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the platform

  2. Select Billing from the dropdown menu

What happens when the limit is reached?

  • All surveys will automatically be sent by email instead of SMS

  • You will no longer be able to reply to clients who write to you through a survey that was originally sent by SMS

How can I increase my limit?

You can contact us at any time:

Cost of an additional module

  • An additional module gives you 350 extra SMS sends per month

  • It is billed at $240 + tax per year

  • If added mid-year, the amount will be prorated

Example: If you add the module with 6 months remaining in your annual billing cycle, you’ll be charged half the amount.
