Managing users in an agency account that handles multiple companies works differently from a standard account.

Here’s how to:

Managing users for a specific company

If you want to manage users for a specific company, follow these steps:

1. Select the company from the top menu

From the dropdown menu at the top of the screen, select the company you want to manage:

2. Go to “Company Users”

Click on your name in the top-right corner, then select “Company Users”.

You’ll then be able to:

  • Create new users for that specific company

  • Assign them access to one or more locations of that company

Creating a user with access to multiple companies

Creating a multi-company user is only possible from an agency account (i.e., an account that already has access to multiple companies).

There are two possible scenarios:

1. The user already exists

  • Go to the company the user is currently associated with

  • In the “Company Users” section, click the “Convert to agency user” icon next to the user's name
This will allow them to access multiple companies.

2. Create a new agency user

  • Select the main account in the top menu (usually the group name, e.g., “Demo”)

  • Click on your name in the top-right corner and select “Agency Users”

  • Then click on “Add User” to create a new multi-company user

Managing access for an agency user

In the “Agency Users” section, you can:

  • Edit roles

  • Manage which companies each user has access to
