A section of the dashboard is designed to quickly show the evolution of your Google reviews. Here is an example:

What does the colored rectangle mean?

The green or red rectangle (with a score out of 5) represents the current trend of your recent Google reviews — based only on the latest reviews received (e.g., from the last few days or weeks).

  • In the example above, the last 4 reviews received have an average score of 4.7 / 5.

  • This trend gives you a quick overview of whether your customer satisfaction is improving or declining.

Possible colors:

  • Green: The current trend is equal to or higher than your historical Google rating.

  • Red: The current trend is lower than your historical average, which may indicate a recent drop in satisfaction.

What’s the difference between the trend and the overall average?

  • The number next to the stars (e.g., 4.7 ⭐️) represents your actual Google average rating, calculated across all your reviews (e.g., 892 reviews).

  • The green or red rectangle only reflects recent reviews, helping you identify changes more quickly.

This system allows you to react quickly if customer satisfaction drops, or highlight progress when your efforts are paying off.
