Inputkit and Zoho Configuration

Step 1 : Configure your Zoho account in Inputkit

To configure InputKit with Zoho, you will need to log in to your InputKit account and navigate to the "Settings" tab.

Next, click on the "Integrations" tab, then select "Zoho".

Here, you will have the option to choose between "FSM", "BOOKS" and "CRM". Once you have made your selection, click "Connect".

Step 2: Accept the Integration on Your Zoho Account

Once you are connected, you will automatically be redirected to the Zoho login page, where you will need to enter your credentials to accept the integration.

Step 3: Verify the Integration on Your InputKit Account

Once the configuration is complete, ensure that the green checkmark appears in the top right corner of the Zoho tab.

Here, you will be able to view your triggered sequences, create new sequences and set the delay for sending your sequences.

With Zoho FSM, you also have the option to add conditions with custom fields and define the value for each condition.

The same situation apply for Zoho CRM.
