InputKit configuration with ClinicMaster

**Before you begin, please contact ADDATech to notify them in order to enable InputKit in ClinicMaster.

Step 1: Find the API key on ClinicMaster

To do so, go to “Settings”

Click on “InputKit”

Here, you will need to paste the API key that you will find on your InputKit account

Step 2: Find the API Key on the InputKit account

** IMPORTANT: If you have multiple clinics on your ClinicMaster account, you will need to do these next steps for each clinic (this includes both the API key and sequence assignment).

To do so, go to “Settings”

Then click on the “Company” tab

Now, copy the API key and paste it into your ClinicMaster account

Step 3: Insert the API key to activate the integration

Paste key > choose clinic > ensure "Active" box is checked > save > repeat for each clinic

Sequence mappings

Step 1: Map the sequences

To do this, go to the “Sequence mappings” section.

Click “Add”

To map your sequence following a treatment assessment appointment, choose the correct event> Select all disciplines> Choose the sequence "#1 Post-assessment follow-up> save

To map your second sequence following a treatment appointment, choose the correct event > select all disciplines > choose the sequence "#2 Treatment appointment follow-up > save

When mapping sequences, you will encounter two other events: "Appointment canceled" and "No show appointment". Currently, no sequences have been created for these events, but it will be possible to add one if necessary.

Step 2: Ensure integration with your InputKit account

To do this, go to “settings” on your InputKit account

Click on the “Integrations” tab

Make sure the green checkmark is at the top right of ClinicMaster. If it's not, simply click on the "connect" button. You can also see the triggers in this section.

Exemple of a sending

Step 1: Check Triggered Sends

To do so, go to the "sendings" section on your InputKit account

Here you will be able to view all the sends triggered by your integration configuration. In addition, you will have access to all the information about your customers who received your sequences, such as the clinic, patient name, type of sequence, language used, employee in charge of the patient, and much more.
