1. Why this function?

A little help is always appreciated!

We are therefore introducing an automated response tool for Google reviews on the InputKit platform. By personalizing the criteria for reviews received and the desired response models, you can activate our automated response engine. This new approach will achieve several objectives:

Always respond to reviews received
- You have the option to respond to all customer reviews, even those without comments

Focus your efforts on high-potential reviews
- A good/not so good customer review is important for your business
- With this function, you ensure adequate follow-up with your customers

Better time management
- Automating reviews frees you up for value-added activities

2. How to activate it?

Select the Results option from the left menu

Select the Reviews option and then click on the Automation button

Note 1 - The Automation option may not appear, you just need to refresh your browser.

Step #1 - Select the condition on which you want to automate a response to a review. For example, responding to reviews of 5 stars or more in an automated way

Step #2 - Select the response templates to send. The selected templates will be used randomly in customer review responses to avoid repetition.

Note 1 - Responses are sent between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Note 2 - It is possible to manage response templates by clicking on Manage templates

Step #3 – Enable automated response by selecting the Active option

Note 1 - It is possible to choose the language (English/French) in the response models.

Note 2 - Signatures are not taken into account, so you must add them at the bottom under Preview.

3. How it works

By following the steps in section 2. How to activate it, you enable and customize the new feature to automate responses to Google reviews.

Here is a summary of the procedure to follow:

Establishing rules for auto-reply reviews (Terms)
Choose the responses to send (Templates)
Choose the communication language (Language)
Set your signature

Once you have activated this feature and selected the automated response criteria, your reviews will be responded to automatically when the selection criteria are met.
