Several types of analysis are available to you in the advanced report on InputKit. Learn more about this report in this article.

How to access the advanced report?

  1. Click on "Reports" in the left menu.

  2. Click on the "Advanced" tab.

Analyze by locations

By default, when you arrive in the advanced report, the view displayed is an analysis by locations.

This view shows the number of responses, the response rate, the main indicators (CSAT and NPS), the average handling times and the average metrics per office.

Analyze by departments

To see the advanced report analyzed by departments, select "Departments" in the "Analyze by" filter.

This view shows the number of responses, the response rate, the main indicators (CSAT and NPS) and the average of the metrics by department.

Evolution of indicators

To see the evolution of indicators report, select "Evolution of indicators" in the "Analyze by" filter.

This filter allows you to view the evolution by month of indicators and metrics! With dynamic visual indicators, you can quickly see the trends by month and you will be able to view them without having to change the selected period filter.

Order the results

The "Order by" filter is located to the left of the "Analyze by" filter.

By default, the filter is set to "Overall", which means that you have an overall view on indicators, response rate, etc. The "Order by" filter allows you to select an indicator or metric to see the average by office or department.

To see the average of a particular metric, for example, select it in the "Order by" filter. Its average by office or department will be displayed in the advanced report.

How to filter the selected period of the advanced report?

It is possible to change the selected period to view the data of a specific period in the advanced report.

  1. To do so, click on "Filters.

  2. Then click on the "Selected period" filter and select the period from the filters.

💡You can use the "Custom" filter to choose specific dates.

How to print the advanced report?

  1. To print the advanced report, click on the green "Print" button.


  2. A window will open to allow you to select a printer and configure the print settings.

How to save the advanced report in PDF?

  1. To save the advanced report in PDF, click on the green "Print" button.


  2. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination in the window to set up the printing and click "Save".


  3. The report will be saved as a PDF on your computer.

How to export the advanced report in Excel?

  1. To export the advanced report in Excel, click on the grey "Export in Excel" button.


  2. The report will be automatically downloaded in Excel on your computer.
