Learn more about the overview report available on InputKit.

Several reports are available on InputKit to allow you to analyze the data you have collected with the sendings. The overview report is like a little summary of each report! It allows you to quickly see which employees are the top performers, recent testimonials and critics, etc.

How to access the overview report?

To access the Overview Report, click on "Reports" in the left-hand menu. This will take you to the overview report.

Questionnaire results analysis

From here you can see the analysis of the results by questionnaire:

This allows you to see the number of responses collected per questionnaire. You can click on a questionnaire to quickly access its report:

Comparison between employees

On the overview report, you can also see who are the top performers and who have scores to improve. This view is to the left of the questionnaire analysis:

For example, we can deduce that Calvin is a high performer because he has a metric average of 9.4 and that Philip is an employee to watch because his metric average is 7.

You can click on an employee's name to access their individual report:

ℹ️ Please note that you must have the employee evaluation module in order to evaluate your employees with the platform. Also, you must have at least 10 feedbacks per employee in order to see the top scores and scores to improve in the overview report.

Comparison between locations

Similar to the employee comparison, you can see which offices are the top performers and which ones need improvement. This view can be found under the section "Questionnaire results analysis".

You can click on "See more ->" to access the advanced report analyzed by office.

ℹ️ Please note that you must have at least 3 offices in your account and these must have more than 20 answers each in order to be displayed in the overview report.

Comparison between departments

In the overview report, you can see which departments are the top performers and which ones need improvement

Metrics to watch

The metrics to watch are displayed in the overview report. This means that there has been a drop in the average of these metrics.

The "Metrics to watch" are the lowest metrics, all periods combined.

ℹ️ Please note that you must have at least 3 metrics in your account and these must have more than 20 answers each in order to be displayed in the overview report.

Recent compliments and recent complaints

At the bottom of the report, you have access to the most recent comments. They are divided into 2 categories: compliments (positive comments) and complaints (negative/constructive comments).

You can click on a comment to access the full feedback:

You can click on "See more ->" to access the feedback report.

If you click on " See more -> " under the section "Most recent compliments", you will be redirected to the comment report with the "Positive" filter.

If you click on " See more -> " under the section "Most recent complaints", you will be redirected to the comment report with the "Negative/constructive" filter.

To see all comments mixed up, you can click on the filter to deactivate it:
