By generating QR codes for your sequences, it allows you to display them in your establishment and customers can respond to them punctually.

Before generating the QR code, you can configure and customize the questionnaire hyperlink.

To do this, click on "Sequences" in the left-hand menu and then click on the sequence for which you wish to generate a hyperlink.

Once in the sequence, click on the "URL" step.

Click on "Customize Hyperlink" to add information, such as the office, departments to associate, employees to associate, etc.

The URL will be modified instantly with the information you have chosen.

If necessary, you can modify the introduction message if you have not already done so. The field to modify the introduction message is located under "Customize hyperlink" :

⚠️ If your account is bilingual, don't forget to do the French version as well. The French version is located below the English version.

Lastly, you need to choose what information to ask the customer before they start filling out the questionnaire. Several options are available:

💡We strongly recommend always asking for the customer's email address. This way, you will be able to contact the customer if there is any follow-up to be done after their response to the questionnaire.

ℹ️ Although these details are asked for initially, if the anonymity option is enabled in your account, customers will be able to respond anonymously.

Once your hyperlink is ready, you can now generate the QR code.

To generate a QR code, you have to copy the hyperlink of your sequence with this button :

And copy the hyperlink to a site that generates QR codes.

If you already use QR codes and you know some tools, you can use them as usual!

When generating a QR code, it is highly recommended to generate it in the highest quality possible. This will ensure that customers can easily scan it with their device.
