It is possible to change the wording of the questions, for example if you want to clarify an aspect or simply refresh the wording.

For this example, we will change the wording of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) question.

1. Click on your name in the upper right corner.

2. Click on the "Questionnaires" tab:

3. Click on a questionnaire to edit it:

4. Scroll through the questionnaire until you see the question you want to reword.

5. Click on the question to reword it and click the green check mark to save:

6. ⚠️ If your account is bilingual, don't forget to change the French version as well.
