It is now possible to filter the comments for each question in a questionnaire directly in the report.

Find out how to filter text comments in questions that are displayed as a chart and discover how to facilitate your analyses with the "positive and negative/constructive" filters that detect sentiment in written comments.

How to filter text comments in diagrams :

  1. To select the comments related to a specific answer, click on the part of the diagram associated with it:




    2. The comments will be filtered according to the answer you selected in the diagram:

How to use the "Positive" and "Negative/Constructive" filters :

1.Click on the "Text Comments" tab of a question:

All written comments will appear in this section.

2. To filter by positive or negative, click on one of the two filters. The comments will be filtered according to the feelings detected in the comment:

**To filter with positive and negative/constructive, you must have the sentiment analysis feature. Otherwise these filters will not be available.
