The questionnaires you send to your customers allows you to gather precious information on the performance of your employees. Discover how to evaluate employee's with InputKit in this article.

To access the overview report, click on "Reports" in the left menu. You will be automatically redirected on the Overview report.

From this report, you can see which employees are the top performer and which employees are to watch.

The comparison is made according to the results of the metrics. The employees with the highest scores are in the tops, the employees with lower scores are in the ones to watch.

💡 Tip : You can access the employee single report by clicking on their name on the Overview report.

ℹ️To be able to see the top employees and the employees to watch in the overview report, you must have the employee evaluation module and there must be at least 10 answers by employees.

To access the employees report, click on "Reports" in the left hand menu and then on the "Employees" tab.

You will have an overview of employee performance. At a glance, you will be able to see how employees are performing on the metrics associated with their position and the key indicators.

To access a single employee report, click on "Reports" in the left hand menu and then on the "Employees" tab. Once in the employees report, click on the name of then employee that you want to see the single report.

Once in the single report, you will be able to see the impact of the employee on the key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and net promoter score and you will also see their impact on the metrics associated their position.

💡 Tip : It is possible to compare the impact of an employee on an indicator or a metric. You have access to the comparison of the employee with colleagues in the same role as well as the comparison of the employee with the company.

To compare the results, simply place your cursor over the visual indicator to see the average of other employees of the same type or in the company.

All comments concerning the employee can be found at the bottom of the single report:

Those comments are complementary to the results of the key performance indicators and the metrics in order to evaluate the employee performance.
