How to redo a sending?

Find out how to resend a questionnaire without having to start over!

It is now possible to resend a questionnaire to a client or patient by yourself! This can be useful if there was incorrect information such as the language of the questionnaire or if it was sent in the wrong mode of sending, for example.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the "Shipments" section in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select the original shipment.

  3. Click on the "copy and paste" symbol to redo this shipment:

4. Click on the button to create an identical sending.

5. A window will appear to allow you to modify the information before sending again:

** Please note that a warning message will appear to inform you that the interval will not be respected if you make the sending. In the event that you are asked to resend, please simply ignore the message and press "Send". This will not block your sending! **

6. In this example, we had to change the language to redo the sending.

7. Once you have made the change, please click on "Send" and the questionnaire will be sent with the change you made :
