Each sequence has intervals that are programmed to avoid surveying your customers or patients too frequently. An interval prevents a sequence from being sent within the specified duration of the interval.
How to change the intervals of a sequence?
Click on the "Sequences" tab in the left menu and click on a sequence to change the intervals:
Click on "Sequence settings" at the top right:
A window will open and it is from here that you can see and modify the intervals. To change the duration, click on the small triangle on the right:
You will have access to a drop-down menu to change the interval:
The change is automatically saved:
The first setting is to define the interval between two sendings to a customer, regardless of the sequence. The second parameter is to define the interval between two sendings of the same sequence to the same customer.
