The final message is the last step of a sequence. When a customer is dissatisfied or when he has gone through the entire sequence, he is redirected to the final message.

How to access the final message?
To do this, go to the section ''Sequences'' in the left menu and click on a sequence to edit it.
Click on the step ''Final message'' to make changes.
You will be able to make changes under the " Modify Final Message step " section and you will be able to view the changes on the right under the "Preview" section.

If your account is bilingual, you can change the language of the preview by selecting a language from the drop-down list:
How to modify the final message?
The final message has two versions:
A message for satisfied customers.
A message for dissatisfied customers.
The final message for satisfied customers can be found under the " Modify image " button :
The French version is always below the English version.
The final message for dissatisfied customers is a little lower:
To modify the content of the messages, simply write the message you want to put forward in the text box.
Changes are saved in real time and appear on the right in the preview:
How to redirect customers to a web page?
It is possible to redirect the customer to a web page instead of seeing the final message.
To do this, click on "Redirect to another page" :
And enter the URL of the web page to which you want to redirect the customers:
