Previously, a sending had to be triggered in order to unsubscribe the customer from the "Customers" section. Now you can fill out an unsubscribe form to unsubscribe the customer or patient in advance before they receive a satisfaction form!
How to access the unsubscribe form?
Access the settings by clicking on your name at the top right and then click on the "Company" tab.
Once in the company settings, go a little further until you see the "Unsubscription" section.
Click on this button to copy the link :
And open another tab in your browser to copy the link and access the unsubscribe form.
Please enter the contact information of the person you wish to unsubscribe and click "Unsubscribe" to confirm.
The person will be automatically added to your customers in the "Customers" section and you will see this symbol to indicate you that this person is unsubscribed :
