It's important to post your customers' testimonials on your website, as they impact your future customers' buying decisions. All the testimonials written by your customers are a great social proof that expresses the strengths of your service! In addition, they have a huge influence on the purchasing decisions of your future customers.

In fact, 72% of buyers will not make a choice before reading online reviews and 91% of consumers aged 18 to 34 trust online reviews as much as recommendations from friends and family.

We believe that these testimonials are essential for your web reputation and customer growth and we are not alone since you have requested them in large numbers. That's why we developed a widget that displays and updates the testimonials automatically on your website!

Find out how the widget works and discover how to configure it.

Table of contents :

1. The result on your website

The most recent reviews are always at the top. The widget automatically updates with the new reviews you collect. You don't have to do any maintenance.

On the mobile, the arrows disappear and the control is done with the finger.

2. The options to configure the widget

Here are some options available to configure your widget:

Only Five Stars: this setting allows you to display only 5-star reviews. By default, it displays all reviews.

Only With Comment: this setting allows you to display only reviews that have a comment from the customer. By default it displays even reviews without comments.

Language: this setting allows to display the widget in the right language. The available options are: 'fr' and 'en'.

3. How to install the widget

Step 1 - Click on your name at the top right and on "Settings".

Step 2 - Once in the settings, click on the "Reviews" tab.

Step 3 - Scroll down to the "Reviews widget" section.

Step 4 - Simply copy + paste this code on your website and you're done!

For example, on our website editor (Wordpress), we simply add the above code (HTML) at the desired location.

If you don't know how to do this, ask your web agency or the person who takes care of your website. Just tell them where you want the widget to be.
