The cross-sell step is ideal for introducing your other services to your satisfied customers and closing additional sales! Find out what you can change and how to do it in this article.

How to access the cross-sell step?

To do this, go to the section ''Sequences'' in the left menu and choose a sequence to modify:

  1. Click on the step ''Cross Sell'' to make changes.


    💡If the cross sell step is not already in the sequence you have chosen, you can add it by pressing the ''+'' button:


  2. You will see on the left what you can change and a preview of your changes on the right:


    💡To enlarge the preview, you can click on this icon:


How to modify the cross-sell step?

Here are the elements you can modify:

  • The title

  • The cross sell page description

  • The questionnaire linked to this step

How to modify the title ?

1. The field to change the title is under the button ''Modify images''.

2. Write the title you would like to be put forward for the cross-sell step:

Changes are saved automatically!

How to add or edit the page description?

The cross-sell page description is located below the title.

All you have to do is write the page description you want to put forward:

Changes are saved automatically.

How to change the questionnaire linked to this step?

  1. Click on the ''Questionnaire'' drop-down menu


  2. Choose the questionnaire you want to link to the cross-sell step from the list:

How to edit the questionnaire?

If you want to modify the services that are put forward in the cross-sell step, you must click on the "Edit questionnaire" button:

A window will open to allow you to modify the questionnaire :
