How to add employee's email addresses

Find out why and how to add your employees' email addresses.

It is important to add the email addresses of the employees you are evaluating, even if they are not users of the platform. Why? Because by adding their email address, they will have access to the feedback features available in the platform:

  • They will receive their weekly report every Friday afternoon.

  • You can easily transfer the results of a questionnaire to them so that they can consult it.

  • They will automatically receive positive feedback on them!

Here is the procedure to add the email addresses of your employees:

  1. Click on your name in the top right menu and click on ''employees'' :

    2. Click on the pencil to edit the employee's file, this is where you can add his email address :

    3. Save the change.
