Feature of positive feedback automatically shared to employees

Recognition is often the real payoff for workers! It is rewarding to know that our work has created a positive impact. Unfortunately, this gratitude is too often left unsaid. It's a great way to stay motivated to see that our work is appreciated. With this new feature, your employees will automatically receive all the positive feedback addressed to them!

Conditions for feedback to be sent automatically:

A few conditions apply in order to automatically send feedback to an employee.

Condition 1

  • The comment must be written to a specific question that evaluates a type of employee.

  • The rating must be perfect, for example 5/5 or 3/3 (depending on the scale used in the question).

  • The comment must be longer than 10 characters to be shared.

  • If you have the sentiment analysis feature: other types of questions can be shared (for example, the question "other comments or suggestions").

  • For a comment to a question that does not specifically rate an employee to be shared, the comment must not contain the name of another employee.

Condition 2

  • The comment must be written to the NPS question (the question that asks your customers how likely they are to recommend you).

  • The score must be a perfect 10.

  • The comment must be more than 10 characters long and it must include one of the following: first name, last name and/or employee type.

  • The comment must not contain the name of another employee.

  • The questionnaire includes a question specific to the employee type and the score for this question is a perfect score (e.g. 5/5).

Please note that only questions that meet these conditions will be shared and not all feedback will be sent.

Questions that do not specifically rate the employee (e.g., the open-ended question at the end) and NPS questions that mention the employee and whose sentiment analysis indicates a positive sentiment will be shared automatically. Please note that you must have the sentiment analysis feature in order for comments to questions that do not specifically rate an employee type to be shared.

If you don't have this feature, only the questions that assess a specific type of employee and the NPS question will be shared. If these conditions are not met, you will have access to the comments in the platform, but they will not be automatically shared.

How to enable automatic emails

To activate the feature, just go to the sequence you are interested in. Then click on "Sequence settings".

Then, simply check the "Send positive feedback to affected employees" option :

⚠️Don't forget to add an email address to your employees in the "Employees" section, otherwise they won't be able to receive positive feedback automatically. ⚠️

How to know if the comment has been sent?

In the feedback, a message appears in the timeline at the bottom right.


ℹ️Please note that there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes before the message is sent to the employee.

How to disable the feature for some employees?

If you want to disable these emails for a particular employee :

  1. Go to the "Employees" section :


  2. Click on the pencil to modify the employee's file :


  3. Check the "Disable automatic feedback" option and save the changes :
