The URL is useful for allowing customers to fill out the questionnaire, such as leaving the link in an email signature or using it in a QR code displayed at your location.
Let's say you made an order from your favorite shop and you receive a confirmation email. The signature in the confirmation email can include the URL of the sequence to allow the customers to punctually give their feedback :

How to access the URL step?
To access the URL step, click on the "Sequences" tab in the left menu and click on the sequence for which you wish to access the URL :
In the sequence, click on the "URL" step:
You will be able to make changes under the " Modify URL step " section and you will be able to view the changes on the right under the "Preview" section.
You can enlarge the preview section with this button:
If your account is bilingual, you can change the language of the preview by selecting a language from the drop-down list:
How to customize the URL?
Go down to the step ''Customize the hyperlink''. This is where you assign the office, departments and employees to be evaluated in the questionnaire.
To assign a location, departments or an employee to a URL, simply click on the field and select the value to assign it :
This will add the informations in the sequence URL:
If you use the custom fields, you can fill in the fields below so that the information is included:
Specify to skip the hyperlink page in the link
To skip the hyperlink page and redirect your customers directly to the questionnaire step, check this box:
Provenance
If you need to track the information about the provenance of the data, there is a field to customize it :
How to modify the introduction message?
The content of the hyperlink is what the customer sees when they click on the URL.
For example :
To edit the content of the URL, you can simply change the content by writing the message you want to be displayed when a customer accesses the sequence with the hyperlink :
The changes will be automatically saved.
The box to edit the French version is below the one to edit the English version:
A little further down, you have to choose what information to ask the customer before they fill out the questionnaire. It is up to you if you want to ask for the customer's name and office, but the email must be requested.
To request an information, simply click on the switch to activate it:
How do I activate or deactivate a hyperlink?
Simply slide the blue dot to the right to activate and to the left to deactivate.
