Here is a guide on how to delete a questionnaire sending or test data.
There are two ways to do this:
By deleting the sending of a questionnaire
By deleting the customer
#1 - Delete the sending of a questionnaire
This is the best way to proceed to remove a single result.
Go to the "Sendings" tab
Find the questionnaire you want to delete.
💡 You can use the search tool to easily find the questionnaire.
Click on the trash can icon and confirm :
#2 - Delete a customer
By deleting a customer, all the questionnaires associated with that customer will be deleted.
For example, if you run internal tests with your email, you can delete the tests by deleting your own customer data in this section. This is the fastest way to delete multiple tests.
Go to the "Customers" tab
Find the customer you want to delete.
