How to unsubscribe a customer from future questionnaire sendings?

Find out how to unsubscribe a current customer from sending satisfaction questionnaires.

This guide is for customers who are already created in your InputKit account and who no longer wish to receive satisfaction questionnaires.

How to unsubscribe a customer:

To unsubscribe a customer, click on the "Customers" tab in the left-hand menu and search by the customer's name or email.

💡If you have multiple customers with the same name like the example above, it's best to search by email/cell phone number to narrow your search to find the right record quickly.

Once you have found the customer, click on its name. A window will open to allow you to modify the customer's record:

In order to unsubscribe the customer, simply click on the "Subscribed" option. You must confirm in order to unsubscribe the customer:

⚠️Unsubscription is irreversible.⚠️

Once you have confirmed, the "Subscribed" option will be greyed out and you will not be able to modify the record.

An unsubscribe icon will be added under "Status" in the "Customers" tab to indicate that this customer is unsubscribed.

ℹ️Please note that customers have the option to unsubscribe on their own, so you may see this symbol for a customer you have not unsubscribed. This means that the customer unsubscribed when they received their satisfaction questionnaire.
