How to send a questionnaire?
1. Go to the 'Sendings' page
2. Click on '+ Send a sequence'
3. Fill in the fields and click on 'Send'
First, choose the sequence to be sent from the drop-down menu:
Then choose the sending mode:
Email
SMS
Both
Fill in the customer information as well as the information related to the sending (office, employees, departments, etc.) and click on "Send":
4. Delete the sending if it was a test
To delete the sending and the associated responses, simply click on the small trash can.
