If you often filter the same information when viewing your reports on InputKit, the function to save reports will save you a lot of time! Find out in this guide how to save reports with filters on InputKit.

Where are the saved reports displayed?

When you save reports, they are displayed in the left menu under the "Saved Reports" section.

ℹ️ Please note that if you do not have any reports saved, this section is not visible in the left menu.

To quickly access a report, click on it in the list of saved reports.

Which reports can be saved?

The types of reports that can be saved are:

  1. The questionnaire report.

  2. The comments report.

  3. The employees report.

ℹ️ Please note that the advanced report can be printed, saved as a PDF or exported to Excel.

How to save a report?

  1. To save a report, access it by clicking on "Reports" in the left menu and selecting the report tab.

  2. Then select the filters from the list.



  3. To save the report, click on the "Save Report" button and enter the report name.


  4. The report will be saved and accessible from the left menu:

💡The button to save a report is always at the bottom of the filters, regardless of the report type.

How to change the name of saved report?

  1. To change the name of a saved report, click on the pencil icon to the right of the report title.


  2. Enter the new name and click on "Update".

  3. The report name will be changed instantly.

How to delete a saved report?

  1. To delete a saved report, click on the X to the right of the report title.

  2. The report will be automatically deleted and you will see a confirmation message at the top right of your page.

Are the saved reports visible to all users?

No, saved reports are visible only to the user who saved them.
