Metrics are indicators that measure specific aspects of service. In this case, they are aspects of the service rendered by a particular employee.

In terms of calculation, each indicator is based on one or a few specific questions that evaluate the employee's service aspect.

For example, if a therapist's work is being evaluated, the calculation will be based only on questions that concern the therapist, such as these:

In the programming of the question, the question must have the "Affected metric" in question.

To learn how to affect a metric to a question 👇

The calculation of the metric is simply an average of all the scores obtained, averaged over 100.

  • For example, if the therapist only scores 1/5 (worst score), their score would be 0/100.

  • If he/she gets only 5/5 (perfect score), his/her score will be 100/100.

  • If he/she obtains only 3/5 (middle grade), its grade will be 50/100.

An employee's metrics are displayed in the employee report as well as in the employee's individual report.

To access the employe reports, you must click on "Reports" in the left menu and then on the "Employees" tab,
