To view the total number of surveys sent and your detailed response statistics, simply go to the Reports > Sendings menu.
This report allows you to see:
The total number of sendings (via email and SMS).
The delivery rate (how many surveys were successfully received).
The number of clicks (how many clients opened the survey).
The number of completed questionnaires.
The number of clients who left a Google review after completing the survey.
With this chart, you can easily track the performance of your sendings, compare channels (email vs SMS), and measure the effectiveness of your client follow-ups.
