You can evaluate several services (e.g., Physiotherapy, Hygiene, Curative, Massage Therapy) or departments (e.g., Sales, Installation, Service) separately using the departments feature in InputKit.
Step 1 — Create Your Departments
Start by clicking on your name in the top-right corner, then select “Departments.”
From there, you can create your different departments based on your organization’s structure, such as:
Physiotherapy
Massage Therapy
Sales
Installation
Service
Step 2 — Link Your Questions to the Right Departments
Once your departments are created, you can link them to your questions within your questionnaires.
When creating or editing a question, simply check the departments or services that apply.
Each question will then be associated with the correct service, making your reporting much easier to analyze later.
Step 3 — View Department Results in Reports
To review the performance of each department or service, go to Reports > Advanced.
There, you’ll find:
Scores for each department or service
Associated metrics, which allow you to analyze specific evaluation aspects (e.g., quality, speed, customer experience, etc.)
This approach gives you a clear overview of customer satisfaction by department or service, helping you identify both strengths and areas for improvement.
